The only catch was that fact that the truck we wanted was out on loan for an undue period of time. Everyone at the dealership apologized and all turned out OK. Anderson bent over backwards for another customer that resulted in an inconvenience on my part. Fortunately all worked out OK.

The best stress and hassle free car purchase i can remember
We found a vehicle that we liked at Anderson Mazda, on line. two weeks ago.Buddy took the time to help me on line and answer my questions about the car. My wife and I came to see the vehicle over the lunch hour. We took the vehicle for a test drive and were really impressed. We wanted to purchase the vehicle. We had a vehicle we were willing to trade in. Unfortunately, the trade in and financing didn't work. Buddy gave us some suggestions about what we could do. Unfortunately, at the time it didn't work out to purchase the car. Everyday, i kept looking on line and the vehicle was still available. My wife and I talked about purchasing the vehicle and what Buddy suggested we do. Yesterday , I talked to Buddy about what we had to trade in and what we had done to up keep the vehicle,etc. My wife and I came in after work. Buddy let us take it for another test drive, while our other vehicle was getting evaluated for Trade in. We got a fair amount for our trade in and came with a good down payment to help offset the carryover owed on the trade in. The monthly payment was the same as what we were paying on our trade in. Ray in finances helped us with all the paper work and Dan (i believe is his name) worked with us on how much we could put down and what our payments would be based on that . He did a great job with the bank. Everythiing went smooth and now we have a better vehicle because of it. I would highly recommend Anderson Mazda and the staff. Everything about our experience was positive. Thank you Anderson. We will definitely be back and recommend you to others.
