If you are not happy with your Anderson Auto Group vehicle, bring the vehicle back within 5 days and under 200 miles and exchange it or get a full refund subject to the conditions below.

* To return or exchange your vehicle, you must let us know prior to 5 p.m. CST on the 5th calendar day after receiving your vehicle. We cannot accept a return if the car has been driven more than 200 miles, in an accident or damaged, altered or modified from the condition it was delivered in or had a lien or other encumbrance put on the vehicle (other than Anderson initiated finance contract). You can receive up to two exchanges, however, the second vehicle will NOT come with our 5 Day Money Back Guarantee. Day 1 of your 5 Day Money Back Guarantee begins when you accept the vehicle, regardless of time of day. Trade-in vehicles are not eligible for return but their actual cash value will be refunded after any payoff difference. Excludes vehicles 10 model year old or older and vehicles with 120,000 or more miles. Accessory purchases will be charged at time of return and not refunded.

In the event of a collision incident, where your insurance is handling the repairs to the Anderson Auto Group vehicle, this policy will reimburse you for up to the first $500 of your deductible.

** Collision Deductible Reimbursement will reimburse up to $500 of your deductible for any vehicle in your household covered under the same master policy as the Anderson Auto Group vehicle purchased. The benefit is extended to collision incidents where your insurance is handling the claim. Repair total must exceed $2,000. All repairs must take place at an Anderson Auto Group Collision location and expires 2 years from the date of purchase of your Anderson Auto Group vehicle. Excludes vehicles 10 model year old or older and vehicles with 120,000 or more miles.
