It ended up being one of the best decisions I could have made, because I drove away with a new car. Travis made the entire process comfortable and easy to understand. He walked me through everything in detail and focused on what actually applied to my budget and my long-term financing goals. While Travis was working with his team in the back, his colleagues at the front — Corey, Kelso, and others — would strike up conversations with me to keep me company while I waited.
