He walked me through everything in detail and focused on what actually applied to my budget and my long-term financing goals. I never felt pressured, and I really appreciated how transparent and helpful he was throughout the process. While Travis was working with his team in the back, his colleagues at the front — Corey, Kelso, and others — would strike up conversations with me to keep me company while I waited.
