This was my first time buying a car completely on my own, so I came in without anyone to guide me through the process. I drove three hours to test drive a vehicle and was fully prepared to walk away if we couldn’t work something out. It ended up being one of the best decisions I could have made, because I drove away with a new car. Travis made the entire process comfortable and easy to understand. He walked me through everything in detail and focused on what actually applied to my budget and my long-term financing goals. I never felt pressured, and I really appreciated how transparent and helpful he was throughout the process. While Travis was working with his team in the back, his colleagues at the front — Corey, Kelso, and others — would strike up conversations with me to keep me company while I waited. It made the time pass quickly and genuinely made me feel welcome, like I was just part of the group getting through another workday together. They have truly set a high bar for what a dealership experience should be. I didn’t encounter any of the horror stories you hear about online when buying a car. I only wish they were closer so I could continue doing business with them more easily.
